Toning Holy Names

The Power of Holy Names

To me, a Holy Name is a word of power. You find them in every tradition. I work mainly with Hebrew, because Kabbalah was the framework I learned many years ago, but over time I’ve also woven in Zulu and Sanskrit.

Holy Names draw Shefa — the flow of life energy and abundance — into our collective field and aura. They shift our consciousness and move us into communion with Presence. They expand our sense of Self.

These sessions are not a course; they’re an ongoing practice. A bit like jogging for the soul. Each time, we open to Shefa, which is both healing and the essence of creativity. You can channel it into your own life.

Why Hebrew? A few years ago, in a workshop, people asked: Why not chant in a language we all understand? For me, in meditation circles I have never experienced the same consciousness-shifting power as I do with Hebrew and other sacred languages. This is not about religion; it’s spiritual technology.

Holy Names work on a vertical axis, drawing life force from our Essence and attuning awareness. Ancestors, in contrast, channel energy through the horizontal field of relationships. Both are real, both are effective.

When we tone these Names together — even online and over continents – we create a group energy. Our voices open the throat centre, connect us to each other, to Earth, to Divinity, to angelic presence. We step into a co-creative rhythm with Elohim, one of the Names we will return to often.
