Facilitating Classical & Organic Constellations
A week before this programme took shape the Ancestors made their Presence felt. What follows is largely their doing.
Learn the fundamentals of Classical Family, Systemic, and Organic Constellations. Develop your facilitation skills for one-on-one and small-group sessions with clients, in person and virtually.
By “organic” we simply mean following the Knowing Field of a client in an organic way. This approach to facilitating constellations will be taught alongside the Classical constellation tradition, acknowledging their similarities and differences in both theory and practice.
This will be a first-of-its-kind course facilitated by Erik Andersen along with his colleague Cathy Geils. Erik and Cathy have worked intensively together to hone their understanding of constellations work, the field, and their facilitation skills.
This course will address core theoretical concepts and their implementation (e.g. phenomenology, the orders of love, healing movements, embodiment and the role of Ancestors) within an experiential learning format.
The training will be developed as we go, building the plane while flying it! Your questions will direct much of the course’s development, so please don’t be shy and ask away! Click here to watch a fun YouTube video of this process!
Start date: Friday 23 August 2024 at 14:00 South Africa. 08:00 Eastern

We will continue on Friday the 10th January 2025 and end on Friday the 17th January 2025.

One-on-one therapy sessions and supervision
One-on-one Constellation therapy sessions as well as supervision, to further you expertise as a facilitator, will be available.
It is not required to have a personal Constellation but during the course you may feel it’s necessary. Likewise for supervision. It is extremely helpful to bring a Constellation you have facilitated to further learning.
Please reach out to either Erik or Cathy on WhatsApp.

Speciality
My name is Cathy Geils. I have been facilitating constellations work since 2014. I have a PhD in the field of constellations work, transpersonal psychology and consciousness transformation.
My professional training is in clinical psychology and I have been working since 2003. I spent the first 13-14 years of my professional career in public hospitals and community clinics in South Africa. I was involved in training and supervising intern psychologists, psychiatry registrars and teaching psychology to other health practitioners such as medical doctors, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. I have published several journal articles and presented at conferences in South Africa and overseas.
Since 2017 I have been in private practice, conducting constellations for between 8 to 15 clients per week. During this time, Erik and I have worked intensively together to hone our understanding of constellations work and the field, and our facilitation skills.
